Objectives
Our agency was hired to create the “look and feel” for the ServiceNow Customer Success Center (SNCSC) at Knowledge18 in Las Vegas. The SNCSC pavilion featured software as service (SAS) solutions for prospective customers.
Solution
Collaborating closely with the internal creative team, Barretto-Co. conceptualized, illustrated and developed animated sequences for the website and onsite pavilion at Knowledge18.
The use of illustration allowed us to communicate a challenging software solution story while activating the customer environment with narrative and metaphors.
Each step in the customer process was given a key color and expanded upon by the exhibit design team
